A six-step process, based on how two real trips actually worked.

Write to us
Email or WhatsApp us your arrival date, how long you'll stay, and a list of places or experiences you'd love. Or just say "we want beach and quiet". Nothing formal, a few sentences are enough.

We plan together
Kumar goes through your list, asks questions, and suggests alternatives, often a quieter and more beautiful version of the famous spot. You keep what you love and swap what you like.

Price proposal
You receive an updated itinerary with a clear price for Kumar’s services: driver and guide, all accommodations, transport, food and clean water arrangements.
What the price includes, and what it doesn't
Included: private driver and guide, all accommodations along the route, transport, airport pickup, food and clean water arrangements, help with money exchange, restaurant tips.
Not included: flights, and entrance fees to attractions (temples, Sigiriya, safari parks, caves and similar). Entrances can be expensive and your plan stays flexible, because you decide on the spot how many attractions you enter and pay the entrances directly.

Confirm your way
First-time guests usually send a part of the price in advance. Returning guests can simply bring cash on arrival.

Book your flights
Buying the plane ticket to Colombo/Negombo (CMB) is the only thing left for you to do.

Land and relax
Your driver waits at the airport. From that moment everything is taken care of: accommodation, food, water, exchange, tips for restaurants or local eateries. Your only job is to enjoy Sri Lanka.
